Nourish at Home Educational Course Production

This Production Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Erickson Media (“Production Company”) and Nourish at Home, represented by Mehra Veremakis and Dakota Hubert (“Client”).

This Agreement outlines the video production and post-production services Erickson Media will provide for Nourish at Home’s educational course.

Project Overview

Erickson Media will provide professional filming, editing, and post-production services for one Nourish at Home educational course.

This Agreement applies only to the course and deliverables described below. Additional courses, new modules, reshoots, or future production projects are not included unless agreed upon in writing.

Production Schedule

Filming dates: October 16 and October 17, 2026

Filming will take place over a maximum of two filming days at the Erickson Media Studio unless another location or schedule is agreed upon in writing.

The project includes:

• Two filming days at the Erickson Media studio
• Professional B-roll featuring participating mothers and babies
• Integration of client-provided iPhone photos and videos
• Editing of the complete educational course, including all modules, introduction, review, and conclusion
• Custom on-screen text and motion graphics

• Professional audio editing and enhancement
• Final delivery of all completed course videos in high-resolution digital format
• Two professionally edited social media advertisements to promote the course

Deliverables not specifically listed in this Agreement are not included in the project fee and may require an additional written agreement and fee.

Investment & Payment

Total project investment: $4,500

Production payment: $2,000
Due on October 16, 2026, the first scheduled filming day.

Final payment: $2,500
Due upon completion of the project.

Preview files may be provided for review before final payment.

Revisions

The project includes up to three rounds of reasonable revisions following delivery of the initial edited course.

Included revisions may include minor text corrections, graphic adjustments, timing refinements, factual corrections, and replacement of client-provided photos or video.

A revision round consists of one consolidated list of requested changes submitted by the Client. Separate lists of changes submitted at different times may be treated as separate revision rounds.

Requests that substantially change the original scope, course structure, approved creative direction, or completed edits may require an additional fee. Additional filming or reshoots are not included unless the need for them results directly from an error by Erickson Media.

Client Responsibilities

Nourish at Home agrees to:

• Provide course outlines, scripts, educational content, and necessary production information before filming
• Coordinate the attendance and availability of participating mothers, babies, presenters, and other individuals appearing in the videos
• Obtain all necessary permissions, authorizations, and releases from participating adults and from the parents or legal guardians of participating minors
• Provide logos, branding materials, photographs, iPhone videos, and other media intended for inclusion
• Confirm that all client-provided materials may legally be used in the finished course
• Review edits promptly and provide one consolidated list of feedback for each revision round

Post-Production and Delivery

Post-production will begin after filming is completed and after Erickson Media has received all required course materials from the Client.

The delivery schedule may be affected by the length and complexity of the course, the amount of client-provided material, revision requests, and the timeliness of client feedback.

Erickson Media will communicate the anticipated delivery schedule during post-production. Delivery dates are estimates unless a specific final deadline is agreed upon in writing.

Completed videos will be delivered digitally through a Google Drive link.

Raw Footage

Raw, unedited video and audio files from the project will be provided to Nourish at Home at no additional charge, provided that Nourish at Home supplies an appropriately sized external hard drive.

The hard drive must be delivered to Erickson Media before or during the production process and must have sufficient available storage for the project files. Erickson Media is not responsible for purchasing or providing the drive.

Raw footage will be transferred in its original recorded format and may include large files, unedited clips, duplicate takes, incomplete recordings, ambient audio, and footage that does not appear in the completed course.

Nourish at Home is responsible for safely storing and backing up the raw footage after the drive has been returned. Erickson Media does not guarantee long-term storage of raw footage beyond the file-retention period stated in this Agreement.

Copyright and Commercial License

Erickson Media retains the copyright to all original footage, editing, graphics, and other creative elements produced as part of this project.

Upon receipt of final payment, Erickson Media grants Nourish at Home a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive commercial license to use, distribute, market, and sell the completed educational course and promotional videos without limitation.

This license includes, but is not limited to, the right to:

  • Sell the course directly to parents, caregivers, and individual consumers.

  • License or sell the course to hospitals, medical practices, healthcare systems, birth centers, lactation consultants, and other healthcare providers.

  • Host the course on Nourish at Home's website or online learning platform.

  • Use the completed videos in marketing, advertising, social media, presentations, and educational materials.

  • Promote and advertise the course through paid or organic digital marketing.

Erickson Media retains the right to display excerpts of the completed project for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

This Agreement does not transfer ownership of Erickson Media's underlying copyrighted work. However, Nourish at Home has the ongoing right to commercially use and profit from the completed deliverables provided under this Agreement.

Music and Third-Party Materials

Nourish at Home will provide any brand assets, including logos, fonts, colors, graphics, and other materials they wish to have incorporated into the project. The Client represents that they have the necessary rights to use all materials they provide.

Erickson Media will license music for the completed videos through its professional Musicbed subscription or another appropriately licensed music provider. The selected music is licensed for use within the completed deliverables and may not be extracted, reused, or repurposed separately from the finished videos except as permitted by the applicable license.

If Nourish at Home requests the use of music, fonts, images, graphics, or other third-party materials that require additional licensing or purchase beyond those already maintained by Erickson Media, any associated licensing costs will be the responsibility of Nourish at Home unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Rescheduling and Production Delays

If filming must be postponed because of illness, an unavailable participant, an unsafe filming environment, or another unforeseen circumstance, both parties will make reasonable efforts to select new filming dates.

Erickson Media is not responsible for missed content resulting from participants arriving late, leaving early, becoming unavailable, or being unable or unwilling to participate.

Additional production days, or changes requested by the Client may result in additional fees.

Cancellation

If the Client cancels the project before filming begins, the Client is responsible for any non-refundable expenses already incurred by Erickson Media specifically for this production.

If the Client cancels after filming has begun, the Client remains responsible for the $2,000 production payment and for any additional work or expenses completed before cancellation.

If the project is substantially completed before cancellation, Erickson Media may invoice the Client for the reasonable value of the filming, editing, and production services already performed, up to the total contract price.

Unexpected Events

Neither party will be considered in breach of this Agreement for delays or inability to perform caused by events beyond that party’s reasonable control, including severe weather, illness, injury, natural disaster, government action, power or internet failure, or other unforeseen circumstances.

The parties will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or modify the production when possible.

File Retention

Erickson Media will retain project files for at least a year following final delivery.

After that period, raw footage, project files, and delivered files may be permanently deleted without notice. Nourish at Home is responsible for downloading and securely backing up all delivered videos.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the complete understanding between Erickson Media and Nourish at Home regarding this project and replaces prior verbal or written discussions concerning the same services.

Changes to this Agreement must be approved in writing by both parties. Email confirmation may constitute written approval for routine project changes.

If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
